Blogger Recognition Award

Hey guys! This week, I have a blog tag! It’s the Blogger Recognition Award! Thanks for nominating me, Ari!

How My Blog Started

I had a good friend that had a blog, and she told me I should start putting my writing out there. Eventually, I convinced my parents, and got started! It was almost a year ago.

Two Pieces of Advice to New Bloggers

I still feel like a new blogger myself! One thing I would say that has helped me, is actually ask people to follow you! Even if that’s Grandparents or friends you haven’t talked in a while, if it’s easy for them, they will probably say yes. This was especially helpful to me when I started my email list. I scrolled through all my contacts and texted all of them. All they had to do was say yes and give me their email. Before I knew it, I had 60 email subscribers!

The other thing, is don’t worry so much if you have no idea what you are doing. With practice, you will figure stuff out. Follow some other boggers who are doing the same thing and see what they are doing! You will figure it out. It just takes time.
